A stile is the two vertical portions of an aluminum storefront door.
All aluminum storefront doors are comprised of a left and right stile which both are attached to the top and bottom rail.
Each aluminum storefront door have two stiles, one top rail, and one bottom rail. The top and bottom rail resides in the inner portion of the aluminum storefront door; moreover, the two stiles have a rod that runs through the first stile then through the top and bottom rail, and then through the other stile. Being tightened down with nuts on the threaded ends which pulls the two stiles tight against the top and bottom rail.
After the new door is constructed, the door is now strong enough to hold the glass into place without falling out, creating a commercial aluminum storefront door with glass in the middle.
